Our boarding services are charged on a 24-hour basis.
▸ AM Window = 7:30AM–10:00AM
▸ PM Window = 5:00 PM–8:00PM
If you drop off during the AM Window & request a pick up time during the AM Window there is no additional fee. If you drop off during the AM Window & request a pick up time during the PM Window, there is an additional fee.
Extended Pick-Up Fee of $40 will be added to your invoice.
Example:
July 15 scheduled drop off 8am - July 20 scheduled pick up 8am, but cannot pick up until 6pm = $40 Extended Pick-Up Fee
We will give you a 30 minute grace period for your scheduled drop off & pickup because we understand that life happens – after the grace period, a $5 late fee will be charged for every additional 30 minutes of delay.
Example: Scheduled drop off time is 8:00AM but you arrive late at 9:00AM, there will be an additional $5 added to your invoice.
All invoices will include applicable sales tax and credit card processing fees if used. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and stress-free experience for all our guests.
